I put it down here just in case they do take it down. :)
GOP The Republican National Committee
The site says:
Who is a better pick for Vice President:
Palin: 6%Biden: 94%
Votes for Palin 299, Biden 3,649
The link didn't work for me, so I'm adding This link in case someone else had the same problem...
Copy and paste the link in the address box.
So how does it feel to be a Democratic programmed tool? ;-)
In general, the art of government consists of taking as much money as possible from one class of citizens to give to another - Voltaire
I highly doubt you would - glad your eyes are so 'wide opened' you were so willing to believe a very obvious incorrect and slanted link.
I actually didn't think much of it to be honest, I visited there, did the poll, and provided a fixed link, and didn't really wonder whether or not it was really the RNC, because whether it was or not, has absolutely no bearing on my personal political views whatsoever. If that poll said 96 percent McCain, I still would have done exactly as I did.
So do you have a bomb shelter in your yard where you hide from the world wide scientist conspirators? You know scientists can make some pretty potent weapons.
I have my tinfoil on my head to repel your anti free market comments.
Katmarie - that was not meant for you.
Wow you guys are sharp. This is not a GOP website......
Google it and see what comes up. Gop.mfbiz? Really?? That eager to believe sad really sad. Now after today's announcement it could very well play out that way.
Official websites - rnc.org or gop.gov
I am sorry to post this here but " Katmarie" I am new here and trying to find your link I found this one. it's very bad. why don't we hear about this stuff? ooh it makes me sooo mad...
copy and paste if you have to.
If you feel the need to claim victimazation in order to validate your point, you can continue to, but I've never called you a name or belittled you.
Anyway, I disagree that it's "boy who cried wolf". There was no consensus in the scientific community as there is now. It was some people being alarmist about it and they got a lot of press time.
Who are the scientists now saying the mainstream is wrong? Like the scientists who denied that tobacco was addictive and cancer causing in the face of overwhelming scientific consensus, you'll find they are largely financially tied to the industries who are most threatened by this damning evidence.
To that effect, I have provided a ton of evidence in the original thread this talk started on, including the revelation that the scientist whose side Abe loudly and proudly stated she was on, is the editor of The World Climate Report. A publication funded and produced by "Greening Earth Society", which was founded and exclusively funded by "Western Fuels Association, Inc.". Wester Fuels Association is a cooperative of power companies who produce greenhouse gasses.
How often do people telling the truth and giving the straight dope on something engage in such subterfuge in order to create an appearance of something that just ain't so?
That's really all it comes down to for you isn't it Abe - money. It's a perfect signature line for you. You quip about "personal responsibility" and seem to shirk any sense of "shared responsibility."
I suspect you feel horror at the Palin appointment, and you have no love to loose for McCain, and yet you fret about your money - it must be churning your stomach.
How sad it must be to believe that the gov't can solve your problems. My 'money' as you put it goes where it can do the most good - directly to those that need it. I fret about waste, as an environmentalist I would expect you to respect that.
Wait a minute... Abe, did you just say you're an environmentalist?
Lyra is the environmentalist but I probably do more to reduce, reuse, and recycle more than most.
And there's another tired overused phrase Abe... who said anything about gov't solving my problems?
Quoting Obama: " the Gov. will not solve your problems but they can help"... not verbatim but along those lines.
He made a great point.
Obama / Biden will prevail!
