Palin allies report rising campaign tension

It's already starting - the blame game. It wasn't me, it was my handlers. Puh-leeze!! Her handlers weren't speaking for her during Couric's interview. This is called CYA time. She's readying herself to be a big name in the Republican party.

I'm sorry, but it's amusing to me to sit back and watch this happen.  Like rats jumping off of a sinking ship.

They truly have no one to blame for this debacle - other than themselves.

What goes around comes around...

Oooh yeah!  The chicken is acomin' home to roost!  They're like rabid dogs starting to turn on other!  It's like a horror scene where you want to cover your eyes, but you just have to watch...

Ellen, I think you and I were cut from the same mold!!  ^5 ^5

We sure do have fun!!! :)  ^5^5

OK, sometimes I can be really dense.  Would you please tell me what "^5" means?  I honestly can't figure it out.

10/10/2008:  The day I early-voted for Barack Obama!

Awwwwwwww my buddy Chance...

.... it means "high 5"   :-)

D'oh!  Now, it makes perfect sense.

10/10/2008:  The day I early-voted for Barack Obama!

LOL  do you like my highly technical language?

We all learn something new every day :-)

"High five". Am I warm?

Sticker/sign tally in Orange County, CA:

  • Obama - 5
  • McCain - 2
  • (As of 2008/10/24)

Yep!  ^5 magus! :)

Actually, I didn't know what it meant until Lesley enlightened me about a week ago.  I mistook if for "hockey."

....don't ask! ;)

From the article:

"Some see her as a charismatic, hawkish conservative leader with the potential, still unrealized, to cross over to attract moderate voters."

Question:  Who are the "some" that see her this way?  The Republican party needs to immediately fire the people who honestly think she appeals to moderate voters.  They are dead wrong!  Oh, she's has potential, but NOT with the moderates!

"These people are going to try and shred her after the campaign to divert blame from themselves," a McCain insider said, referring to McCain's chief strategist, Steve Schmidt, and to Nicolle Wallace, a former Bush aide who has taken a lead role in Palin's campaign."

Of course they are!  Personally, Palin should have done some of her own vetting of John McCain.  There's no way he's going to lose what's left of his career because of this miserable campaign... not without trying to blame her and his advisors first.

Bottom Line Johnny:  You should have vetted her.  You can say that your advisors told you to pick her, but in the end, it was your decision!  It was YOUR judgment call.  You're the head of the ticket!

Boy, would I love to be a fly on the wall at the next McCain campaign meeting... can you imagine?

I'm a moderate, and she doesn't have a snowball's chance with me.

The problems we face will not be solved by the minds that created them.

I'm a ..... hmmmmmmmm......... well, I'm not sure what I am anymore but she doesn't have a chance with me either!

If Palin is looking to 2012, then she needs to start recruiting Britiny Spears for VP.  That way Palin will look intelligent.
She is a grown woman, and did not HAVE to do what they told her to do....If someone told me to do something and I didnt agree with it, either we would have to come to a solution or I would be out, NO ONE would make me look like a fool even if I were running for VP...NO EXCUSE!
Here, here!!!
