A very interesting article, if a bit long, but it has some numbers to back itself up. Now, I don't agree with all of its conclusions (I would hate to see marginal tax rates return to 50% or more, etc.) but there are a lot of good facts in the article which are hard to refute.

If we keep attacking the last 30 years, we open ourselves up to the charge that we want to go back to the days of Carter, out-of-control inflation and double-digit interest rates.
I would also add ... demand is tried and true ... there will be no job growth until there is a demand for goods and services.
Wow, so true Misty, and not a comment I would expect out of you.
Still, I think the article makes some very good points. I'd be satisfied with going back to the Clinton years right now, and building on that.
