Veteran's Day

On Veterans Day, it’s a time to give thanks. To pause and recognize the contributions of the more than 23 million veterans who served our nation. We are eternally grateful for their service to our country and need to remember that our veterans need our support not just today, but every single day.  Our veterans have made enormous sacrifices for all of us, and just as our veterans proudly performed their duty, it is our solemn responsibility to support these brave men and women when they return home.  We need to make sure good-paying, family-supporting jobs are available for returning vets, ensure our vets have access to quality health care, and guarantee that those who have served all of us are receiving the benefits they have rightly earned. We all have an opportunity and an obligation to serve those who have served us. So on this day, let’s thank our veterans – and be ready to get to work tomorrow and every day to keep fighting for them.
